Most search results will show the name of the parties, nature of the case, judgment/disposition, date of filing, date of disposition and more.

We recommend combining this search with the County Civil Records Search for a more accurate and complete search.

Turnaround Time: This search takes the same day

County Civil Records

Description: This search which includes bankruptcy records search is conducted in person in the field by trained private investigators. The search will locate any civil records involving the subject of the search within a particular county and is the most accurate of all of the civil record searches, but is limited by county.

We recommend conducting this search in the counties where the subject has lived for at least the last 7 years and combining this search with the Civil Records Search. This search can be conducted in the state and/or federal court system.
